Airbnb Listings Illegal?
Submitted by Wanderlust AndiReports say Airbnb in New York has made $10 billion illegally through hotels used for “apartment-sharing.” Over 72% of the hotels rented out to the residents and tourists were illegal, with commercial owners bringing in a significant percent the earnings.
It will be interesting to see where this "new" home-sharing business will go.
