There are plenty of ways to save money when you’re on a business trip. Knowing where to look is key! Websites, keeping an eye out for deals and rewards programs are just some of the ways to keep expenses down. Planning ahead can save money, time, and make your trip a whole lot healthier and convenient.

I have found that booking the Priceline.com Express deals has saved me a minimum of 20% - and often 50% on hotels. Also, as you book a room, factor in the additional price of meals if they don't offer a free breakfast, or don't have a fridge and microwave (so you can cook some quick meals and snacks in your room).
