Now you have no excuses for not exercising in a hotel

You are on the road in a hotel, have eaten too much, and are feeling sluggish -  so, you really "should" exercise. But, there is either no exercise room in the hotel (or it is closed), or, if there is an exercise room in the hotel, it is either too busy, doesn't have the right equipment or, let's face it, you really don't want to get dressed up enough to go to the exercise room.

Videos on your computer to the rescue! Check out these exercise videos which will give you a great workout, using the "equipment" in your hotel room: your luggage for weights, and the tub and bed for a "bench". You can even do these exercises while watching TV.

Now, there is no excuse for not exercising - even at a hotel.

Yikes! You could be charged $50 for just putting your cream in the minibar at the Mandalay Bay Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. They call it a "restocking" fee. Bottom line: don't touch that minibar, for fear of a huge, bottom line surprise on your hotel bill!
