Keep people from peeping into your hotel room
Submitted by Wanderlust AndiHotels can have vulnerabilities that allow peeping Toms to look into your room. Which, let's face is, just feels creepy. Quite often, the curtains just don't close well. And, if you are on the first floor, or have a walkway in front of your windows, you can feel very exposed.
Luckily, there are a few easy ways to prevent this:
- Use duct tape on the curtain panel to keep it shut.
- If you have a chip clip nearby, use that to pull the curtains closed. If you can't find one in the room, a nearby store should have one.
- Those useless hotel hangers can actually be useful here. Use the pants clip to latch onto the curtain - you don't need the hanger part.
So - keep your hotel curtains totally closed - and sleep tightly!
